-         To be Monitoring and Enforced by the Ranger Guides.

-         All visitors to the national parks are required to the first register with Virachey National Park headquarters and to be accompanies by a national park ecotourism ranger guide and community guide.

-         Do not dispose of non biodegradable refuse in the forest or village, all plastic cans and other items must be taken out of the park and villages and disposed of in the nearest town.

-         Do not eat any wildlife or buy wildlife products.

-         Bury any human waste and toilet tissue well extinguished before departing a camp or lunch site.

-         Do not collect orchids or other plants as souvenirs or deliberately disturb wildlife.

-         Do not use non biodegradable soaps detergents in natural water ways.

-         Do not buy culture artifacts in host villages.

-         Do not hand out gifts of money, medicine or expansive, personal effects to individual villages. (Donations however be made to an established village authority for the benefits the wider community e.g. school materials).

-         Pay only the agreed price (as set by community and VND ecotourism unit) for community guide, porters, food and accommodation.

-         Smoking or use of drug is prohibited at all times.

-         Nudity while publicly bathing is forbidden.
